The introduction of the Veterinary Equipment Service Centre, based in Umm Ramool, Dubai, is an exciting development. Thanks to SV Companies and Marlon. I just wanted to feedback on how great the experience was (obviously besides the end goal being achieved- the absolute cherry on the top). You did say he was good, and amazing he was! Marlon was extremely thorough, asking all the questions to best understand the system, even taking home the user manual at the end of the day. Marlon's communication is excellent- we were never left hanging with no response to communications, and if he said he'd do something he did it, ahead of time, never with delay. Again this timeliness is hugely appreciated, especially during equipment failure. With little to no knowledge of electrics myself, Marlon explained everything clearly, making it easy to understand, always communicating effectively. There were moments we could not avoid having patients in the room, and so to not delay Marlon's work, he continued to work through, with the owners all remarking how pleasant he was and considerate- making no noise, keeping still. Lastly- when called back to be part of a team meeting with the CT guys, electricians, clinic owners etc, Marlon communicates excellently and professionally with the other guys. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and we are more than happy to have him as the primary contact for service of our treadmill.
