REGULATORY AFFAIRS OFFICER

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Regulatory Affairs Officer to join the GCC’s biggest wholesale business in the pet sector, to help drive wholesale operations in this growing business.

Job Summary and Specific Duties & Responsibilities as follows:

  • Liaise and work with related regulatory authorities as Dubai Municipality, Ministry of Health, MOCCAE, and other authorities, for the completion of activities not limited to Product Registration & Renewals, Import Permit
  • Applications and Product Monitoring and Dispense Regulations.
  • Liaise and work with suppliers in the preparation of product dossiers
  • Ensure that the company’s products comply with the regulations of the covered regions of distribution (Covered Countries: UAE, and other GCC Countries)
  • Up to date with related legislation, guidelines, and practices
  • Liaise with Regulatory Authorities of the above-mentioned countries on requirements in registration, renewals, and import permit applications
  • Liaise with suppliers for the preparation and collection of product dossier: Products Covered include but not limited to, Feed/Pet Food & Supplements, Animal Care, Equipment and Laboratory Kits, Medicines (General, Semi Controlled and Controlled)
  • Prepare/collect all requirements for the submissions of new brand or product registration and renewals
  • Collect and collate all registration documents in the server
  • Import Permit Application
  • Product Monitoring and Dispense Regulations

The candidate must possess the following experience(s) and skills:

Qualified Veterinarian / Vet Nurse / Pharmacist (with Attested Education Certificate or UAE Issued License)
3+ years of professional experience in a similar role
Organize and strategic, with strong communication skills, good negotiation skills, positive team spirit, street smart and resilient
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
Valid UAE driver’s license
