Customer Care Coordinator

In this role, you will report directly to our Team Leader of Customer Care, based in Dubai. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around cultivating strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Additionally, your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:
Onboarding and Training:
– Participate in orientation and training programs.
– Seek guidance from experienced team members.
– Engage in team meetings and collaborative projects.
– Maintain open communication with colleagues and other departments.
Performance and Productivity:
– Set and meet performance goals.
– Continuously improve skills and adapt to changes.
– Prioritize a customer-centric approach and provide exceptional service.
Problem-Solving and Initiative:
– Identify and address challenges and improvement opportunities.
Feedback and Improvement:
– Be receptive to feedback for personal and professional growth.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in customer support, showcasing exceptional communication abilities.
- Proficiency in handling phone contacts, active listening, and a customer-centric approach.
- Adaptability and the capacity to respond effectively to diverse customer personalities.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Familiarity with invoice-related software and the ability to effectively use such tools.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
