Sales Executive

In this role, you will report directly to our Sales Manager, based in Dubai. Your primary responsibilities is to grow SVG sales in its assigned pool of customers, following SVG’s high standard of execution. Additionally, your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:

Additional Responsibilities:
Adherence to Company Policies: The Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines. This includes maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
Reporting and Accountability: The role requires the Sales Executive to maintain regular communication with the Sales Manager, providing updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback. Accountability for achieving sales targets is a core aspect of this position.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is paramount. The Sales Executive should effectively identify and address customer needs, offering solutions to meet their requirements.
Autonomy in Decision-Making: Within the framework of company guidelines, the Sales Executive has the authority to make decisions on sales strategies, pricing, and negotiation tactics. This autonomy empowers them to adapt to unique situations and optimize sales outcomes.
Market Analysis and Strategy: The Sales Executive is expected to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. This information is used to formulate and execute effective sales strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other members of the sales team and cross-functional departments is crucial for success. Sharing insights and best practices contributes to a dynamic and innovative sales environment.
Continuous Improvement: The Sales Executive should continually seek opportunities for personal and professional growth. This includes attending relevant training programs, workshops, and staying updated on industry best practices.
Meeting Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets is a primary responsibility. This involves prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals to contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Customer feedback to Sales Executive
  • At least 2-3 years of Sales Experience
  • Valid UAE driving license is a must (familiar with UAE routes)
  • Knowledge of Aquatics and Sales processes is a plus
  • Attention to details, accountable, flexible, good team spirit and always willing to learn
  • Self-starter, enthusiastic, wanting to learn more and to over-perform
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
