Marketing Coordinator
REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY
We are looking for a proactive and street-smart Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with execution, think on their feet, and actively support marketing activations across veterinary clinics, pet shops, and trade partners.
This is not a desk-only role — it requires market visits, on-ground coordination, and hands-on implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across trade, B2B, and B2C channels
- Support in-store activations, clinic branding, and merchandising implementation
- Conduct regular market visits to veterinary clinics, pet shops, and key accounts
- Liaise with suppliers, printers, event vendors, and creative teams
- Ensure timely distribution of marketing materials and POS assets
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Monitor competitor activities and provide on-ground market intelligence
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Support digital and social media coordination when required
Key Skill Set & Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License (essential)
- Willingness to travel locally for market visits and activations
- Street Smart & Resourceful: Ability to solve problems on-ground, negotiate with vendors, and adapt quickly
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Practical understanding of trade marketing and retail execution
- Confident communicator with internal teams and external customers
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines under pressure
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing is a plus
- Creative eye and attention to detail
- Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
Preferred Background
- 2–4 years experience in marketing coordination, trade marketing, or event execution
- Experience in FMCG, retail, veterinary, or pet industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel required)
